Trauma Psychotherapy
Using a variety of evidence-based modalities with a focus on Resource Therapy, IFS, Deep Brain Reorienting and EMDR
EMDR Preparation & Processing Sessions
In this session we assess your current emotional state, and work on stabilisation techniques and guiding you as you observe the initial memory and travel with your mind until the distress level relating to the memory is significantly reduced.
Grief and Loss Therapy
Help you work through your grief from the loss of a loved one including the loss of precious pets. It may be a relationship breakdown or difficulty adjusting to a life transition.
NDIS Participant Therapy
Participants and family members are often effected by ongoing day to day stress of managing their own or their loved ones disability. We can help you process past trauma and teach you tools to help you better cope with the day to day stresses.
